Full-arch and complex implant work, though, lives at our Keene implant center on Old Betsy Road, a short drive south. It's the same family, just the right room for the job: a 3D-guided surgery suite, an on-site lab, and the team that does implants every day.

With guided 3D surgery and our on-site lab, many All-on-4 candidates leave the day of surgery with a fixed set of teeth on their new implants, with a final restoration delivered after healing. Whether you're a same-day candidate depends on your bone, your bite, and your overall health — we'll tell you straight at your free consult.
What makes your full-arch implants different?
Three things: planning, lab, and pace. Every case is planned digitally with 3D-guided surgery before any instrument touches your mouth, your final teeth are designed and milled in our own on-site lab (so quality control stays here), and we're a general-dentist team that handles consult, surgery, and final teeth in the same office — you're not being shuttled between practices. Published research on dental-implant survival generally reports rates in the high 90% range over five to ten years for properly selected patients; we'll walk through what that means for your case without guarantees.
What financing or medical-insurance options are available for implants?
You'll get a clear written estimate at your free consult, then we look at what fits.
