Very often, yes. Many of our patients were told they weren't candidates because of bone loss, gum disease, or complex bites — and modern guided surgery, 3D imaging, and full-arch techniques like All-on-4 have changed what's possible. A free consult and 3D scan tell us for sure.
All-on-4 (and All-on-X) is a fixed, non-removable set of teeth supported by four or more implants per arch. Unlike traditional dentures, they don't come out, they don't slip, you don't soak them, and they help preserve the jawbone. They feel and function much more like natural teeth.
These are different names for full-arch tooth replacement. 'All-on-4' places a fixed arch on four or more implants. '3-on-6' is a term — and a trademarked, licensed brand offered only by member practices — describing three bridges on six implants, often marketed for a natural, gumless (FP-1) look. The right approach for you depends on your bone, your bite, and your goals, not a brand name. We plan every case individually and, for suitable candidates, can deliver a natural FP-1 result without the bulky pink gumline. We'll walk you through your options honestly at your free consult.

Most folks are pleasantly surprised. With gentle sedation and guided surgery, post-op discomfort is usually well-managed with over-the-counter pain relievers and a few quiet days of soft food. Swelling and tenderness fade through the first week, and the implants then heal under the gums for several months before the final teeth go on. We send you home with clear written instructions and a number to reach us anytime if something feels off.
In some cases, yes. Things like surgical extractions, infections, accident-related work, sleep apnea appliances, biopsies, and 3D imaging can sometimes be billed to medical insurance instead of (or in addition to) dental. We'll check both sides of your coverage before you commit so you get the most from the benefits you already have and your out-of-pocket lands as low as honestly possible.
