We work hard to make the financial side of dentistry feel as honest as the clinical side. Three things make that happen:
1. We maximize most major PPO plans. We're in-network with many of the big ones, and we file claims as a courtesy for most others. Before your visit, we verify your benefits so you know what to expect — and so we can sequence treatment in a way that gets the most out of your annual maximum.
2. Clear written estimates, every time. Before any treatment beyond an exam, you'll see a written breakdown of what we expect insurance to cover and what's your responsibility. If something changes during treatment, we tell you before we proceed — never after.
3. Medical billing where it applies. For qualifying procedures — dental implants, oral appliances for sleep apnea, surgical extractions, biopsies, and 3D imaging — we can often bill medical insurance in addition to dental. Yes. What if I don't have dental insurance?
You're in good company — a lot of our patients don't, and we keep our self-pay fees straightforward. We give every patient a clear written estimate up front, and financing through partners like Cherry or CareCredit can turn a larger plan into a comfortable monthly payment.
Do you take CareCredit?
Yes — CareCredit is one of our financing partners, along with Cherry, Alphaeon Credit, Proceed Finance, LendingClub, Covered Care, and HFD. You can apply at the office, by phone, or online before your visit.
