Refer a Patient for Implants or Dentures.
Doctor-to-doctor referrals — your patient returns to your office for restorative and ongoing care, per your preference.
We confirm every referral with your office within one business day — and contact the patient the same day whenever possible.
We place and restore dental implants — single teeth to full-arch fixed All-on-X (FP-1 and FP-3) — and provide full and partial dentures at our Keene office. Tell us your restorative plan on the form — referring office restores, we restore, or let's discuss — and we'll honor it. We keep your office informed at every step, and your patient stays your patient.
What we handle in-house
If you'd normally refer it out, ask us first.
- Wisdom teeth and surgical extractions — in-office, IV sedation available
- IV sedation — administered by contracted anesthesiologists; high-anxiety and medically complex patients
- Molar endodontics
- Dental implants — single, multiple, and full-arch fixed (All-on-X; FP-1 and FP-3 designs)
- Full and partial dentures, including implant-retained
- Oral appliance therapy for OSA (physician-coordinated)
We do not perform orthognathic (jaw) surgery — e.g., LeFort procedures.
