Cost is the first question almost everyone has about implants — and the honest answer is "it depends," because prices swing widely based on what you need and who you see. Here's a straight look at the typical Texas ranges and what actually moves the number, so you can read any quote with clearer eyes.
The general Texas ranges (2025–2026)
These are market ranges, not our fee schedule — your real number depends on your situation:
- Single tooth implant: roughly $3,000–$6,000 (implant, abutment, crown, surgery).
- Implant-supported / snap-in dentures: around $15,000 per arch on average.
- All-on-4 / full arch (one arch): commonly $18,000–$38,000 per arch, with the Texas average near $23,500, and zirconia closer to $31,000.
- Full mouth (both arches): often $35,000–$65,000 or more, depending on complexity and materials.
What drives the price
Five things move a quote up or down: the number of implants, the material of the final teeth (acrylic vs. the more durable, pricier zirconia), whether you need bone grafts or a sinus lift, any extractions of failing teeth, and the imaging and planning involved. Provider and location matter too — implant pricing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area often runs below national averages.
Why an in-house, single-location office can cost less
Here's something most cost guides skip. Traditional implant treatment frequently splits the work between an oral-surgery office and a separate restorative dentist — two practices, two sets of fees. A single office that does the 3D scan, the surgery, and the lab work in one place can cut out that duplication, which is why in-house models can lower the cost by several thousand dollars per arch. At Old Betsy, the imaging, placement, and our milling lab are all under one roof in Keene — which also means same-day teeth for most full-arch patients.
Making it affordable, honestly
A big number doesn't have to mean "no." We offer financing options, and — unlike many implant centers — we bill medical for some procedures, which can help with portions of certain cases. We'll walk through exactly what's possible for you. (We won't promise insurance "covers implants," because that's usually not how it works — but we'll find the real, workable path.)
The best way to know your actual number is a personalized exam. See our implant services, or if you already have a quote from another office, get a free second opinion — no pressure, no obligation.
