General Dentist & Co-Owner
About
Dr. Dakota Argyle spent the last decade in Idaho and Utah before making Texas home with his family.
As a co-owner of Old Betsy Dental, he's known for two things patients mention again and again: he takes the time to really listen, and he tells you the honest truth about what you do — and don't — need. That straight-shooting, no-upsell approach is a big part of how Old Betsy earned its reputation.
Dr. Argyle practices general and family dentistry and leads much of our implant, full-arch, and dental sleep medicine care.

Education & Training
Dr. Argyle is a graduate of the University of Utah School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2021. He has since completed more than 300 hours of advanced continuing education in dental sleep medicine, implants, and other contemporary dental care.
Dr. Argyle also carries the Qualified Dentist designation from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the nation's leading authority in dental sleep medicine — formal recognition of his training in treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy.
