We confirm every referral with your office within one business day — and contact the patient the same day whenever possible.
When your patient can't tolerate PAP, we provide custom oral appliance therapy in coordination with you. We treat on your diagnosis — we do not diagnose OSA or perform or interpret sleep studies — and we send objective adherence and follow-up data back to your office. Oral appliance therapy is guideline-supported for CPAP-intolerant patients at any severity, including severe OSA. Our treating dentists are AADSM Qualified Dentists — the designation the AASM/AADSM guideline uses for who should provide oral appliance therapy.
